Drop of a Hat Ceilidh Band Music & Dancing for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, fund raising events and any other excuse you can think of.....
Where did that name come from? Our original name wasn't very popular with band members and we had several unsuccessful attempts at finding one we all liked. Then, one day whilst setting up for a ceilidh a very short notice (2 hours!) a casual comment was made that since we did the gig at the drop of a hat, maybe that's what we should be called. The rest, as they say, is history.

A ceilidh (or ceili or barn dance) is ideal for weddings, parties, birthdays, anniversaries, fund raising and similar occasions as it is suitable for a wide mix of ages and abilities.
